I have an issue with my MOP, I have recently engaged an agent to sell my unit and he was confident that my MOP is based on the date of purchase and the 1st down payment was accepted but feeling uncertain I decided to call up HDB and realized my MOP is actually 3 months later and now I'm at my wits ends, I have then immediately wrote in to HDB for appeal, may I know what's the percentage of approval?
