Hi, I have a very urgent question.
My contract includes the standard phrase: "Both Tenant & Landlord can give ONE month(s) notice for early termination of Tenancy after a minimum occupation period of Three month(s). In this case, the deposit shall be refundable less deductions for damages caused by the Tenant"
The way I understand this is: after 2 months I can give my one months notice for moving out after 3 months. But my landlords say that it means I can only give notice after 3 months for moving out after 4 months. Which one is correct?
I would be very thankful for any advice you can give me!
