Hi! I have a unit at Lumiere(Near T.Pagar MRT). Soho project. It is going to TOP soon(Jun/Jul 2010). Studio Unit(506sqft/High Floor/Sea View). How much do you think I can ask for the rental per month? If I rent out as a office, is the rental going to be higher than residential?
Pls advise. Thank you

your unit can fetch a rental of $k4-$5k.
