Hi, I have a condo with my husband; if my husband transfers the ownership to me as fully owned, may i know do I need to pay additional stamp duty with current new ruling? besides i'll be taking over the outstanding loan fully, how does new ruling impact my loan in this case? I'm a PR, my husband is SC. Thanks!
