Hi, i have a agent fee question.

I rented this common room unit. Apparently the agent who is at the same time the wife rented out the room unit who herself represent the landlord whom is the husband.
I am a foreigner and i paid the agent fee. So i am not sure whether i got cheated because the i read some other Q&A mention that i do not need to pay the agent fee only the landlord need to pay.

Afternoon,

I do not quite understand your enquires but under CEA ruling, salesperson who are directly related to the landlord should not be representing you. This would result in conflict of interest.
