Typical timeline for a reasonable priced unit to be rented out could be as short as a month. I have done a rental within 2 weeks from listing to be clear and it happened just 2 weeks back for a landed property in Macpherson.

You will probably require someone who understands the market to assist you in rental as today's market is simply not just by posting advertisements on the various marketing platforms to attract calls in. Let me know if you need my team to assist you in this rental assignment.
