You may wish to go to the following link at http://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BB24SaleProceedCalculator/BB24SSaleProceedsCalc to work out on your own the sales proceeds. Have you come to a mutual agreement with your wife on how do you want to share the proceeds? Otherwise it can turn out quite complicated.

Supply of 5 room flats are rare for your estate and coupled with its strategic location, it could be well received. We need to also ensure that you have met your MOP for the current unit before you are eligible to sell.
