Good morning,
In front of Temasek Poly is Dover Road yes?

- The rental Depends on the condition of your house.
However a safe gadge is between $1800-2500 (based on 2rm+hall)

- no hdb will not force you to sell the hdb flat (unless if they implement some new measures again which I don't think it will be so soon, or it. Ought not even happen)

- a few of my clients in the same situation as you sold off their HDB flats because I have some very good buys which can potentially help them make double if not triple of the capital appreciation than their current HDB.
My point is, don't sell unless you see a better opportunity.

Hope this helps, anything feel free to call me, have a pleasant week.

Hi Sir, the rentail is currently around $1900-$2000 for low floor fully furnished.
You can choose to keep the hdb if you want to, otherwise it will be a good time to sell now as COV is quite good.
Can I have a meet up session so I can show you the latest transaction at your blk for rental & sales, so you can decide.
Feel free to call or text me at 92700867.
Look forward to hear from you.

Hi Abish,

Temasek Polytechnic, my alma mater. I still remember that my very first transaction clocked in my real estate career is for a 3rm HDB flat sold. As most of my fellow colleagues are advising you not to sell but rent out, do also consider the negative aspects of renting it out like dealing with troublesome tenants, especially those creating problems and resulting in neighbours complaining to HDB and tenants not taking good care of your precious asset. I decided to sell my own HDB as I did not want to deal with such potential headaches, but I must say that if you do not have any need to sell and is comfortable financially with your present status, rental yield is indeed attractive for HDB.

The only setback I would see is the ongoing heavy roadworks which is near to your place that may turn off potential tenants as what they are looking for is likely to be ease of moving around and less noisy environment.

Let me know if you may need any further advise and perhaps I may share with you more about what I know on top of almost 20 years staying in Tampines estate.
