Hi I have a 1 bedroom condominium. My bf inherited his condo from his parents. It is now under his name. So if me and my bf decide to buy a private property jointly as our matrimonial home. What is the stamp duty we need to bear. We are both Singaporean and we intend to keep our existing properties.
