If you need cash then you can dispose it and cash out from your property.Actually,i would advice you to hold and rent it out.Do a refinancing after 2-3 yrs.By then you should have better cash flow and at the meantime equity will run through out the time due to inflation etc.

The current asking price for Ola Residences 1+1bedroom is around $1400-$1500psf..Depending on the facing & which floor is your unit.There is no right or wrong time to sell your property,it all depends on how much you want to make from this property.Sellers usually sell before TOP is because the bank will disburse 25% of the purchase price to the developer,which means you monthly mortgages from this point onwards will be higher.Currently,the market now is still in seller's favour..Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other queries.I am currently selling a few projects in D15 ie Tembeling Residence,Parc Elegance,Studios@Tembeling etc..Thanks
