1st and foremost, only Singapore citizens are eligible to purchase landed properties in Singapore therefore if you are a foreigner or PR, you will be required to get an approval to purchase from LDU.
In land scarce Singapore, it will make more sense in owning a piece of land, therefore I'd suggest to go for landed property, otherwise, if you are looking for quick returns of the investment, then perhaps you may wish to look at condominium with existing tenancy.
With your budget on hand, you can quite easily purchase landed property in the outer districts of Singapore, nevertheless, do take note of the recent measures introduced for ABSD to have a good guide on your available budget.
