Rental at $2700 is still alright but of course as a landlord, you must be prepared for tenants to negotiate on the final rental amount.

Your unit is pretty near MRT so I will say that the demand will be there but how quick can it be rented out will depend on a few factors as well.

One of the factors might be your tenants' preferences. If you are okay with any races, nationality etc. Your unit will be a grab in no time.
