Hi,

I find that Executive Condo has only 99 yrs tenure whilst Private Condo has 999 yrs tenure. How come their resale price are almost the same, not much different?!

Logically, comparing 999yrs and 99yrs. Resale Executive Condo price should have less than half compare to Private Condo right?!

Hi Mr Steven,

another factor to be taken into consideration is human life spam.

If a man can live up to 200 years, then 99 years house will half the price of it is now.

Location is one of the factors as to determine the price of a property.
Not just the tenure alone.
