Hi, i currently own a resale flat. If i were to apply for a new BTO and its successful, when do i need to sell off my current flat??

Hi Fadly,
You have to sell off your current flat within 6 months from key collection date.
Or you can choose to sell off after successful application and decide to rent till you collect keys for BTO.
