Hi Mr Troy, it is not an issue to market and to sell away your current condo unit. But you have to wait for a period of 30 months before you could apply for a new EC unit.

Afternoon Troy,

Upon sales of your private property, you will not be eligible to purchase new EC till 30 months later. You will only be eligible for resale EC instead.
