I currently own a 5 room resale flat with a CPF grant of $30k. I am planning to sell this current flat and purchase a BTO flat or DBSS unit.
1) What are the restrictions?
2) What is the downpayment like? How much cash to fork out? How much loan can I get from HDB?
3) When purchased the new BTO or DBSS flat, what is the time frame that I need to sell off my current unit?
4) Currently the new MRT line is under construction. Will there be a difference for me to sell the flat before or after MRT line completion?
