Hi, i currently own 2 residential properties and in the midst of selling one (however nothing concrete), i would like to buy one more now, will i incur 3% ABSD, i am singaporean citizen.

I am selling the second one already, so will i still incur the ABSD?

Hi Mr Mohan,

As long as you are still holding on to 2 properties when you purchase the 3rd, ABSG is applicable.

I'd love to know more about your unit available for sale. Would there be any opportunities if we can discuss further?
