Hi, I checked the ABSD said that if married PR & foreigner buy a first condo in Singapore the 3% will be charge on the ABSD. How about unmarried PR & foreigner buy a first condo? Is it 10% for the ABSD?

Afternoon Joey,

When PR and foreigner purchase private property as matrimonial flat, special ABSD rates are given, subjected to approval. But when you purchase it as separate entity, the ABSD is 10%.
