Hi Ginger,

You are affected by the 3-years holding period of SSD tiered 3% for the 1st year, 2% for the 2nd and 1% for the 3rd, instead of the 4-years holding periodnof SSD. And it started from the day you bought, not TOP.

As mentioned by William, based on your description of purchased date, you should be affected by the 3years SSD rule.
