Hi, I bought a plot and looking to construct an apartment with at least 6 flats. The construction cost varies around 70L-1CR and the expected rental will be 36K-42K per month. If I invest the same money in purchasing one 2BHK and one 3BHK flat worth 1CR, the rental will be around similar or a bit high. (15-20K for 2BHK and 25-30K for 3BHK). Which option will be the best as an end customer, looking for an expert opinion. Please note: At least 50%-60% will be the bank loan. Thanks, SJ
