Hi, i bought a DBSS back in march 2011 with 40K grant and 400K loan from DBS bank with my wife. We are already ROM. Now we are having problems and have filed for annulment. What will happen to the property?

Afternoon Sali,

Since your unit have not fulfilled MOP, you are required to apply from HDB to sell your unit when getting the absolute on your divorce. As for SSD payable, you might need to check with IRAS as you have purchased the unit for less than 4 years.
