Hi, i bought a condo 2 years ago and currently i am paying installments on completed brick walls. The next stage should be false ceilings. I went to the actual site to see and all the Windows are up, partial painting has done. Even some interiors are up. Why i did not receive a letter to pay for the completed stages? Normally how long it takes to TOP after the completion? There was a board outside the site which indicates that the expected completion date is 1st quarter of 2016

Good morning owner,

Usually a private condo might TOP 3 to 6 months earlier than expected TOP date. But key collection will take some time. Hope my explanation helps!

Hi,

Even though it appears completed, there's still inspection checks that needs to be cleared before developer can officially call upon your payment. This is advantageous to you as you can have a peace of mind that unit is done up proper. Typically actual TOP will be 3-6 months earlier than TOP date on paper.

Thanks and hope it clarifies. Hope to assist with your plans further.
