Usually a private condo might TOP 3 to 6 months earlier than expected TOP date. But key collection will take some time. Hope my explanation helps!

Hi,

Even though it appears completed, there's still inspection checks that needs to be cleared before developer can officially call upon your payment. This is advantageous to you as you can have a peace of mind that unit is done up proper. Typically actual TOP will be 3-6 months earlier than TOP date on paper.

Developer need to conduct internal inspection and generate report to BCA. Then BCA also need to hire parties to inspect before approval of stage.

Then only developer can bill the bank for the next stage payment.
