There is no executive flat in Pinncale Duxton, the largest flat size there is 5RM.
Also, if both you and your husband are PR for less than 3 years, you are not eligible to purchase a HDB flat. You could however consider Executive Condominiums or Private Condominiums as there are no restrictions on the purchase.
