Good morning Rukaiyah,

Are you referring to the 2rm flat for sale at 45 telok blangah drive now? I believe this unit is not a corner unit.

You can apply for contra facility if you are using HDB loan for your existing unit and intend to use HDB loan for your purchase as well.

The unit at Blk 45 Telok Blangah is not a corner unit. You may use contra if your current house is a HDB loan, and subsequently you are taking a HDB loan or paying in full with the proceeds and CPF from the sale of your current house.
