Hi Tenant,

Who are these people you are referring to? Do you think that it is only right that you pay for the services of an agent who have assisted you in hunting for the unit that you are looking to rent, especially when agent fees ayable can be negotiated?

Agents are not on any payroll for doing our job, therefore if all clients were to think that they do not need to pay any agent fees for estate agency works, how are we agents go about surviving?
