Do you have any academic qualification on real estate? If yes, you can be real estate salesperson straightaway if not you have to clear your RES exams in order to be eligible.

You can attend different agencies' career talk to find out which agency suits you better in terms of support, products etc.

    Dear Geryl

    Gradually, I found the career path in Singapore is no longer promising by employment. Can hear from everywhere that companies keep on looking for excuses to remove those senior employee especially when they comes to age 55 and above.

    Hence, need to start earlier when I am still young and fit in order to get myself ready for the old age. I found property agent is a good one to start.
