Hi. I am thinking of buying a 3 or 4 bedroom condo for residential purposes. I am also thinking long term and would like this condo to be near a good quality international english-medium school - preferably in East Singapore. It should also be walking distance from a MRT. Can you please advise the good options available. Thanks.

Is there any other requirements that you have?

There are a few projects i would recommend in the East which are near good schools.

If you do not mind, i would like to know what is your intended purchase price and are you looking at projects that have already TOP already.
