Dear Mr Singh,

You will need to examine your tenancy agreement signed to check if there is any clause permitting you to claim back the security deposit for breaking the lease signed. In most cases I have encountered, there is no provision for this but landlord may out of goodwill do so, especially if you have been a good tenant. Work out a solution with your landlord.
