Hi Mrs Chua,

You are require to sell your condo within 6 months upon purchase of HDB flat.
Hence, you are not able to keep both if you bought a HDB flat.

Alternatively, you may consider to buy a pte condo for investment.

Hi Mrs Chua,

When your EC is privatised, you are a owning a private property, you are not allowed to own any residential property (private/HDB/overseas), when you are making your HDB Flat purchase. You will be required to sell it off (within 6 months).

If you intend to continue investing, you will have to look to purchasing another private condo instead of a HDB.
