Hi ,i am SPR, planning to bring convert my wife to become SPR. After need a house of 3 bedrooms.Budget about 300K.Working at AMK industrial park 2.Preferable high floor, renovated, move in condition,not so old flat.plan to rent out 1 room.looking at bishan, hougang,toapayoh, sengkang,punggol,AMK.Any advice? Is it a good time to buy now?No extra cash for above valuation.
