Hi,

As discussed, you be taxed on the higher ABSD rate (15%) of the 2 applicants, and you can use your CPF monies to pay for it.

Are you considering the resale market? You can factor it into your calculations when negotiating with the seller, but it is unlikely they will give a 15% discount on the asking price, more likely a compromise.
