Hi, I am single and SPR, I 28 years old with no commitment currently , I am earning $3300 per month and my annual salary is about 50k, my cpf OA currently has $45k and I have cash about 75k , I would like to check is there any condo that is meet my Budget and would I be able to loan 80% based on my criteria?

Based on your information provided, you might able to go for studio unit with 80% loan.
