Good morning buyer,

It will be best for you to speak to my banker first so he can advise you on your in principle approval (IPA) based on your income (subject to TDSR), age etc.

FYI the initial outlay provided you can obtain your 80%:

1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% CPF downpayment (cash if shortfall)
3) 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) ABSD if applicable
5) $3k legal fees
6) misc fees like valuation fee, stamp duty for mortgage etc
