Morning Rac,

For SC, you are eligible for your second property and keeping your HDB unit. Do note that under the current ruling, you will only be eligible for 50% loan where 25% must be in cash. The remaining 25% can be topped up with CPF, after setting aside the CPF minimum sum. Do also note that since this will be your second property, you will also be liable for ABSD of 7% on your purchase.
