Hi,
I am Singapore PR and my parents are Singapore citizens. My parents joined me as a co owner and bought a 5 Rm HDB flat. My parents and siblings are staying in the HDB. I got married recently and wanted to move out.I believe based on government rules i am not eligible to buy a HDB. i believe my only option is to get a condominium. I have few questions to clarify.
1. As i already have a HDB loan in place, will i be able to get a bank loan to buy condominium ?
2. Can i make use of CPF amount to get a condominium. Are there are any restrictions ?
3. As i already have a HDB loan in place, how many % will be the down payment for the condominium.
