Perhaps we will need to sit down and do a discussion over your intended sales and purchase plan as the typical completion period for HDB will take longer than a private property. The key issue will be your outlay in terms of your purchase, if you will require to apply for any bridging loan in this process. In terms of new private property, are you referring to projects which construction are still underway or going to start or you are looking at soon to TOP projects? Do also note that as a SPR making your purchase, you will be subjected to ABSD.
