You have handpicked The Parc Condo, probably due to one or more of the following reasons:
1) brand new FH development
2) unblocked view for all units above #06
3) conveniently located, within walking distance to the most vibrant parts of Clementi & West Coast

Logically speaking, a $900psf price is possible IF no other units within a 2km-radius is transacted at more than $850psf ... else all buyers would easily conclude that they should be better off buying a unit in The Parc Condo instead. Agree?

While many believe that recent MND measures will effectively lead to prices dropping, I am firmly of the opinion that they are there only to curb prices from climbing at the (so-called unsustainable) rates.
So, if you are serious in getting a unit in The Parc Condo ... & especially for own-stay, then your pre-requisite should be getting a unit most suitable for you & your family, in terms of size, layout & affordability.
