hi. I am selling my HDB flat at $350k and intending to buy condo at $900k. May i know what is the financial impact of upgrading to a private condo?

Hi, there will be not much impact on you other than the loan amount is higher when you buy a condo unit. If you are a Singaporean, then the additional stamp duty does not apply to you.
