I am renting a whole unit for the past 2 years. First tenancy agreement was for 1 year and after that we renewed it though our agent (who introduced this property to us ) and the landlord's agent . And paid half month agency fee to our agent .Now we decided to stay at the same property for another year ? Do i need to still involve our agent , who never contacted us after the last renewal , or i can go directly to landlord or his agent ? Please let me know.
