Hi. i am renting a master bedroom now. One year has passed. Recently i have to take up some studies and i need to stay home and do my studies. This make the landlord unhappy and asking me to move out asap. We signed a simple contract and he did not send for stamp duty as well i discovered. Ive spent quite alot on wallpapers, room flooring etc as it was a in a bad condition before.

Whats my rights here?
The tenancy was one simple page with no major terms signed.I am very sad that this is happening to me. Please advice if i can get a lawyer to protect my interest.
