Hi i am recently remarried with 2 kids under my custody and my wife have 6 kids under her custody from previous marriages. i am 38 and my wife is 39.With a big family of 10 i will like to know if we are able to buy a flat from HDB with the current rules and regulations. Is there any scheme that we can apply for a flat?
My wife had previously bought a flat with hdb grant before. Can please advise. Thank you

Evening,

If you are looking at BTO, you will be required to pay levy and prepare cash out-front that's equal to 50% cash profit from the sales of the subsidized unit. If you looking into resale, the sizing of the unit will depends on the amount of CPF and available loan that the bank is willing to facilitate on.
