Hi I am PR and interested in buying a second property (first property is condo) in Singapore, pls let me know what are the taxes/duty/quit rent/ insurance/accessment or any hidden charges that will be applied for buying property in Singapore? Thanks in advance!

There will be an ABSD of 3% for you, as this is your 2nd property in Singapore.

Good Evening Mr Gupta,

As this is the 2nd property that you are considering buying following are the payments involved :

Additional tax of 3% with the existing stamp duty of 3% of the purchase price - $5400.

Banks would fund upto 60%, balance 40% would be made by you.

Legal cost.

These are the major payments that we need to consider.
