Hi I am planning to sell my private condo beyond MOP. Appreciate some expert advice here:
(1) I understand that full sales proceed may take around 3 months to complete, so when is the best time to inform my bank about the early repayment since there is an advance notice that I have to give (to minimize interest payment amd penalty on the loan)?
(2) What are some other costs to factor in the selling price? Seller agent commission, legal fee, repayment penalty, anything else to take note?
(3) Is it best to open the sale through multiple agents (to get best price) or exclusive single agent?
