Hi,
I am planning to rent out my whole 5rm hdb unit in Jan 2017. My MOP ends on 30th Nov 2016.
How do i go about renting out my apartment?
Is there any other way of getting hdb approval other then doing it online?(as i have to wait till 1st Dec 2017 before being allowed to apply)
Thought of getting approval now (but renting out Jan 2017 of course)
We are planning to migrate in jan 2017 and i'm afraid it will be time consuming if we were to apply for approval in dec.
