Hi, I am not sure if I am too early to be searching yet but (if so when would you recommend checking back?) I am looking to rent property for 1 year from 21 January 2016 to the following year January 2017. I will be a student at FZD School of Design situated on Kim Yam Road. Looking for a 1 bedroom, fully furnished (oven, bed, shower, internet, washer, dryer, air con, etc) apartment. Preferably as close to the school as possible, but open to commuting by MRT. My ideal budget is up to $2000 per month rent. I am 27 years old, mature, quiet and tidy.
I am also concerned whether or not the prices advertised on properties is the final amount per month. If not, how much would they change from original price advertised?
