Dear Vincent,

Is the current listing in Glendale Park marketed by the team from Propnex belonging to you?

Despite the so called slower market, this project has managed to clock in on average 1 deal per month for the past couple of months, with price remaining pretty firm over past 12 months hovering around $950-$1050psf.

Nevertheless, marketing a property for sale is not as straightforward as listing the property and waiting for buyers' call to secure.
