Hi, I am looking to rent a room in the Tanjong Pagar/Outram Park/Chinatown area. I dont mind HDB or Condo room but prefer no owner, I am currently staying in Aljunied but dont like this area and used to live in Eveton Park (Outram Park) and would like to move back to this area but not until September the 1st this is when my current contact finishes. My budget is up to 1.2k per month. Thanks
