Hi, I am looking to purchase a HDB flat when I turn 35 in January next year. When would be a good time to start looking at properties? Only after my birthday?

Morning,

The market slows down during Christmas and CNY period plus the requirement to match a unit to your liking, it would be good to start sourcing after CNY. This would give you more options to look at but also mean steeper competition from other buyers.
