I am looking to engage an agent to rent out my condo unit.
May I know what are the responsibilities of the agent besides marketing and securing renters? Are they supposed to liaise with the renters during the contract period? Specifically, are they supposed to handle the take over of the property after the rental period? Are they also responsible for solving any potential issues like breakdown of appliances (charged to the landlord of course)?
