Evening Ivan,

You are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit under non-citizen spouse scheme, if you are SC and your spouse is visitor pass of minimum 6 months validity at point of resale submission. However, with your income, you will not be eligible for HDB loan nor grant as the income ceiling have being cap at $5k. You can however obtain a bank loan to facilitate the purchase. There are couple of units within Pasir Ris which fulfill your basic requirements.

Hi Ivan,

In order to qualify for a HDB loan under Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, your gross monthly income must not exceed $5k. Thus you would need to get a bank loan for your purchase.
